Suggestions:

  1. When double clicking the app, it opens up a terminal with numeric choices. After every successful choice there is no choice but to quit. Change: if the app was opened without parameter, add a menu choice to quit. Then, after every command reprompt user for another command.
  2. Make "y" the default choice when asking to use saved credentials.
  3. Output the currently selected server when opened with parameters.

Bug:
Win64, v 1.2.0, first line shows "openssl config failed: error:02001003:system library:fopen:No such process"
FYI, I do not have node.exe installed on the system path.
