What a convoluted, and poorly documented set up! How do I fix it?

Ok The documentation really sucks

Installed Skill on Amazon Alexa. I was prompted to link account.

As I had attempted this before, unsuccessfully, I already had created an account which I did a password reset on (I assume this was one the ourjukebox account but email came from verificationemail DOT com WTF! YET ANOTHER THIRD PARTY????)

I have Kodi ( LibreElec x64 Linux) server serving up UPNP DNLA (I can see these from VLC with no login)

indexer seemed happy with the loging with the reset password.

As the executable to index files can be run on any computer on the network this is a good task for my Raspberry Pi so using the Raspberry Pi indexer, which seems to login (no username nor password) to the Kodi server. Upon indexing I get

Securely logging in to OurJukebox

StatusCodeError: 500 - ""

Scanning DLNA server Kodi (HDTVStreamersAs) - Kodi, running on [truncated]

Uploading tracks and playlists to OurJukebox.

Then I go to alexa app and it tells me I have to set up some kind of other login , apparently a cloud provider??? Microsoft , Yandex, Box etc (WTF AGAIN? This is all to play music on my LAN from UPNP server!?)

how do I proceed I do not have one of the accounts it is looking for nor do I want one as it is only a security hole

How many security holes can one create with so many go-between sites and domains? Seems crazy
