Playback: No songs will play Empty Playback: No songs will play

Songs not playing is usually resolved by re-indexing the server, however if issues persist:

  1. Use the ourjukebox application to download the library.
  2. Find a song and click on the hyperlink - does the correct song start to play?
  3. If it does not - please re-index the server. If it does, does that URL also work on another computer on the network?

If problems persist:

  • Check the file format of the media
  • Is your Alexa definitely on the same wifi network?
