I have the index done and can play some music, what I can't do is specify what is played in most cases. I am using win10 with media streaming on.
Some of my files are ID 3v1, but the majority are ID 3v2.2. When I ask Alexa for the status of my library I get the reply "4000 tracks from 4 artists...". I know there are considerably more than 4 artists with their details in the MP3 files. I can ask for an artist or song and it can not be found, but 5 minutes later have it played when "music" is asked for and be identified as "Unknown". I'm also not getting genre working right. I ask for "folk" and get "folk rock".
Which are the key tags to use? I have Title, Artist and Genre filled in on the majority and Album Artist on a few if various artist were involved.
