Indexing Not Working Empty Indexing Not Working

My music database is over 207,000 songs; when I tried indexing my library it indexed for 6 days before erroring. Therefore, I placed 20 MP3's in a single "Test" directory, changed the search filter to the "Test" directly for Music only. It has been indexing for 4 days now for these 20 MP3's and hasn't completed or errored, but with only 20 files, that indexing should have been immediate. What could be wrong here or does this software just not work properly on Windows 10.

Hi, Could you try removing the search filter and seeing what happens then with the 20 songs? If that doesn't work, could you send the file "ourjukebox.log" to the support email address please? Thanks,
